HD 4R100

Have any of you guys with the HD version tried to find a drain plug? I am having trouble getting the correct one from my local Ford dealer.

Thanks
Tom.

I can't see how the HD version would have a different pan.

I don't remember what my old tranny had, but bought a couple from Ford (had to order, wife picked up) and they are different. 17mm head, needs a separate washer.
Mine has a 13mm head, and a flat washer and rubber sealing washer as part of.

Thanks Dan. I just checked RockAuto, they show the one I have. It's Dorman, but can probably trust this time. Since it's Dorman, probably at the parts house. No telling what my Ford guy looked up.

So, bought from Ford since I was bringing wrong plug back. 14.13 ea, but won't have to buy another for 3-4 years.
PN F81Z-6730-AA.
Kudos to Rock Auto. Although they only offered the Dorman, they also provided the Motorcraft PN. My Ford dealer stocked the correct one!
