2005, 5.4 running rough have codes

Mom's vehicle. 2005 F150, 5.4, belonged to her husband who died last year. It runs very rough. I ran a Torque Pro Scan on it, these are the codes:

C1155, P0174: System too Lean (Bank 2), P0307: Cylinder 7 Misfire Detected,
P1000: Says Obd-11 Monitor Testing Incomplete.

I am guessing that this wouldn't be enough information to narrow it down much.

What other testing can I do with the Torque Pro scanner? I have those Ford PIDs downloaded, but am unsure of how to get those saved. I thought I saved readings to a web server, but when I logged in all I could see was a map of where I had driven.

New to all of this, any help would be appreciated. Can obtain the help of wrench friendly people.

Most likely it needs a good tune up. Plugs, coil boots, and a coil on #7

c1155 is left front wheel sensor... check wires and other damage.
po307 is #7 cylinder... most common failure is the Coil ..... have plugs ever been changed ? another possibility is fuel injector plugged and not working.
P1000 is not important right now... just means scan was not completed.
PO174- bank #2 lean may be related to #7 cylinder miss fire ... possible fuel injector not working ?

Thanks for your replies.

She is thinking that a tuneup was done but doesn't know details or anything, she going to go through some records and see where he might have taken it, and if we can find out what might have been done. He was in and out of the hospital, dialysis patient, lots going on, and she just can't remember.

In looking around, lots of people have these problems even after a tuneup and such, hate to see her put it in a shop and end up with a really high bill, was hoping the Torque App would tell us a little more.

the codes give you a general idea of what is wrong.. They do not pinpoint a specific part..... example is #307.. most common problem is coil, then bad plug, then bad injector... The "app" is not going to pinpoint that.. If you had the fuel trim numbers, that might help a little, but still not exact.

If the above suggestions don't work. Also look at o2 sensor readings. I had a sensor sticking and without seeing the live data and how sluggish it would change its voltage I wouldn't have found my issue. I was told once warm should be jumping around .5v would cycle up and down from there .250 bolts each way. O2s sensors help the ECM adjust fuel trims so if it's lean you'll see it there. Compare your numbers to bank 1

Change the boot on No 7

clean connectors on number seven ,high volt pin and all . Change plug, use dielectric grease on new boot . Torque all plugs 25-- 28 foot pounds .Loose plugs common on these .
If that doesn't work swap number 7 coil with number 5 and see if misfire moves .
