04 6.0 with no FICM sync and no fuel pulse width. Crank/cam sync yes. All other data is good. Tried known good FICM and PCM but nothing. Had glow plug codes thats it. Found chaffed wires due to mice. Replaced damaged Injector harness still nothing. Fuel pressure is good btw. Any help would be great.

You've checked every wire between the PCM and the FICM?
Found chaffed wires at battery tray but they werent touching. Also p/s reservoir has been leaking on harness turning tape and coating to goo but no damaged wires.
FICM relay? Not likely I realize since you have good FICM voltage
Grasping at straws here, worth a peek. You may be able to pop the cover off the relay to see of the contacts are pitted
Yeah I cant see it being the problem. Im at a loss with this one. May have to send to dealer. They have a lot more parts they can try. Will keep looking for a bit more. Thanks guys
This was suggested by Ed at FICMRepair.com on another thread that seemed to have similar issues, "With everything else you've tried, it may be worth disconnecting the negatives from both batteries and flipping a headlight switch on to drain down any and all power. After a few minutes, turn off the headlight switch, reconnect the batteries, and try again."
