Careful what you wish for. If you put a locker in the front end it will only be useful in extreme offroad situations, everywhere else it will cause unfavorable handling issues(truck will only want to go straight ahead) or be downright hazardous(unpredictable lane changes at hwy speeds). If you must have it an electric locker is the way to go, out back you could also use the same but an auto locker would also be a good choice.

If you have the automatic locking hubs, do not install a limited slip in the front. The hubs will lock automatically when you move (I've done it). They will unlock when you back up and then lock again as soon as you move forward. If you want a limited slip in the front then you must replace the auto hubs with manual locking hubs.
The handling idiosyncrasies Conanski spoke of only occur when the hubs are locked. It's a strong self-centering effect and it's generally not a problem off-road.
