I installed a pair of Husky rear wheel well liners on my dads 15' last year.(bed is basically the same as the 99'-04') They went in easy and cover well. Rigid plastic. Going to put a set on my 04' this year after I pull the bed and do the bed supports. Should have put them on years ago.

When I went to install them the lip on the outside was way too wide and I couldn't get in behind the wheel well lip. IF I pryd it I probably could have but I didn't like the pressure it was putting on the paint or fender. It only took me an extra ten minutes to trace and cut the liner and then it slid right in with zero problems. They have held up perfect and have zero sag or discoloration since the install.

and yes I would DEFIANTLY do it again
I will take some pictures later for you

The Ford factory ones for the 2011-2016 trucks also fit all 99-2010's.

There's something like 2 bolt tabs that don't line up at the bottom, but it won't affect anything. I had them on my 02. Installed easy and I didn't have to do any trimming.

You can get them from any Ford dealer, or shop online for part number: BC3Z9927886A

These can be installed without removing the tires. You'll see when installing them what I mean by 2 tabs not lining up. Once installed you won't notice since they'll be hidden behind the wheel lip of the inner fender. There's more than enough clips and screws to keep them secure. They'll look like a factory finish once they are installed.

No matter which way you go, at least you know you have options. That's always a plus in my book

I'm interested in buying these, but do they hold moisture and dirt??? Just worried about that compared to no liner since I live in chicago

I've had mine for a while now and I'm in New Jersey where they salt like crazy for winter. I've had zero side effects since the install I will say I have not removed them since the install but I don't see damage anywhere
