Rim and Tire Advice
I want to get rid of the stock chrome 18" rims on my 2015 F250 4wd truck. I would like to keep 18" size but in 9" width. I have read all the forum posts but still not sure on a couple items:
1. What rim 0ffset and back spacing would I need with a 9" rim to make it stick out some. I want to get some Bushwhacker Pocket flares which are 2" out.
2. I like the Dick Cepek Fun Country tires but are only in 275/70/18 or 305/70/18. Would the 305 ones fit without a lift? Or would another size be better.
I tow a 5th wheel and would like to keep the suspension stock for now. I drive currently 36 miles on way to work and over half of that is interstate. My truck has 3.73 gears and I already only get 12-13 with my driving. A loss of mpg is OK, but would like to stay in that range if possible.

I am currently running 295x70r18 nitto trail grapplers on 18x9 xd addicts. The wheels are -12mm offset. It results in about 1.5 or so of rubber outside the fender, perfect for the flares you're looking at. This is all on a stock height 2011 F250 6.2 with 3.73s. Highway mileage dropped from 13 to about 12. Town and country driving dropped to barely over 10, although I am a little heavy footed.

If you like the michelins, opting for the 295/70/18 size will be best for getting more size and not rubbing. The newer michelin defender ltx are offered in that size. They will have the smallest impact on power and mpg vs other heavier at/mt tires. The 3.73 gears are negatively affected very easily by just going up in tire size a little bit. You will lose mpgs when you swap, staying with the michelin's will help minimize the affect. I wouldn't go any larger than a 295/70/18, even if they will fit. Really, the 3.73 perform best with even smaller tires than you are currently running.

The top of your fenders are not where you are going to have issues. It will be the bottom corner of your fenders, the edge of your bumper, and bumper brackets. What offset are those wheels? With the correct offset, I think you can run them with no lift and no rub, even on the radius arms. Some where between 0 and +18 offset.
