DIY F650 Manual Dash Project

A while ago when RR discontinued the f650 manual dash, I was feeling like I had missed the boat. I was still wanting to have the factory look dash so I started scouring the net and gathering parts. Although it was unable to find the version that RR used, Part #4C4Z-7004302-HA was still available from OEM parts suppliers.
I was able to incorporate the oval hole with the placement of my rocker switches so it became a non issue. I came up with several options for the round hole that was off center in the lower gauge location but due to the placement of the hole, I could hide using 2 gauges, but 3 was out of the question with the AM angle rings. Since I currently have a 3 A-pillar pod, I only needed a FP gauge location at this time. So I broke out my dremel tool and the pictures are what I came up

Look'n good, mang...if doing led lights, nows the time to replace the relay, since its tucked away where that dash is mounted.

Thanks, I tried to PM you about not needing the dash your buddy had but your box was full.
I will look into the LED stuff, and scope out the flasher relay. Still have a good bit to do before putting the dash back. Also working on a wireless backup camera upgrade for my pioneer head unit, and need to install the relays for the lights and winch loads.

Looks great! Trying to decide if I want to give up the pocket for one of these.
