Building too much boost and not moving

so I drive my truck it runs fine I shut it off I go to restart it for say after going in the store and I go to leave in the truck builds excessive boost and feels like it's stuck in place it won't move I let off the gas and it farts through the intake anybody can tell me what this problem is I've replaced almost everything and it hasn't gone away

Brakes sticking? Feel them after a drive and see if they are hot. !! Don't actually touch them!!! Just feel next to them

It's definitely not the brakes, because after about 15 minutes it'll start running better and then I realized that if I get out of the truck and I take the cap off the degasser bottle put it back on far the truck up and it runs great again

That really doesn't make any sense at all

I know that, I've had multiple master ford technicians also get stumped by the same problem and we can't figure it out it's been approximately three months of doing this

If its not moving when in gear it's either differential/brake related or transmission problems. Nothing else is going to not let it move.

It dries it just feels like it's lagging and won't go
