Anyone got a crankshaft pulley?

Would anyone happen to have a spare crankshaft pulley for a 215 I6 that they'd sell me? Mine broke when I pulled it off and I haven't had much luck finding one online or locally.

Its the double pulley, here you can see where it broke

back

Thanks

Please post whether you have one or not Kevin. If not I'll see if my spare junk 215 has a good one. Stu

223's used the same one, at least as far as my book goes (to '56). They may have a different p/n, or different sheaves? Original p/n is B2TZ-6312-A.

Here's your pulley. Ross has the correct current number, which Parts Voice doesn't find any anywhere. I also checked the old books for numbers EAG 6316 B/C/or E which are the earlier number changes I found. Also nothing found on Parts Voice. So let me see if I can get it pulled without doing any damage to it. Will report back tomorrow. Stu

You might do an Advanced Search on here, I swear this came up quite a while ago and there was a brand new piece from another engine that worked.

i'll take a look as well... i should have most everything from the 215, minus the cracked block and the few parts i've sold already.

I've soaked, mildly heated, and tap tap tapped without moving it. And gave it a mild amount of torque with a regular puller so as not to hurt it. Nothing. The shop manual shows there are two threaded holes for the correct service puller to be screwed into its center. Which I don't have. So I'd suggest you keep looking while I continue to soak, heat, and tap. Worse comes to worst I'll make a puller to match the one pictured in the manual. If GoldCo has better luck hooray for him. If you find one please say so I can leave the beast to rest. Stu

Stu, Autozone "loans" the appropriate tool, although at $15 I'd consider buying it.
