Do you have an aftermarket type air filter (K&N), etc? It may be an oiled MAF sensor fault is oiled up due to the filter.
That bad data can fowl up a good running engine.
Also, you might check your fuel filter service interval, or a bad fuel pump. They will sometimes start to fail when they get warm. You should see about 45 psi on the rails.
