Removing A-Pillar Gauge Trim

Which screws are you referring to? My A-pillar trim is held in place with spring clips. For the plastic tabs that secure the pod to the A-pillar, one of those slotted trim tab removal tools helps a lot. You could also make one out of a thin metal putty knife and slot it with a dremel or similar.
If just the gauge is bad you should be able to pop it out with some gentle prying under the gauge face lip, that's how I get my ISSPRO EV2's out whenever I want to adjust the programming.
