I've always built my own. I don't have a new truck but in the old ones I would cut away all the carpet and padding under the rear window and build an L shaped wedge for the driver side. I built a standard wedge that fits on the passenger side. If I remember right, on the old cab, the wedge was 3.5" deep at the top and 7.5" deep on bottom. I think passenger side is 18" wide and driver side L 20"? It's been a while since I messed with them.
It's not hard to figure out, you can do it.

Since we now share a cab (mostly) with the 150, I searched the 150 forums and some guys have replaced the sub in the plastic box with success. They upgraded the amp as well. Kicker also makes a complete replacement. Kicker SF150SC15 VSS? SubStage? Custom-fit powered subwoofer for select 2015-up Ford F-150 SuperCab or SuperCrew pickups at Crutchfield.com
I'm guessing these options will work with the SD and I too will be looking to upgrade after delivery.
