I just spotted that also. Just a guess, but I am wondering if it is due to the snow plow package on that truck, which seems to have increased the front GAWR from 5,600lbs to 5,990lbs. Anyone have an earlier MY truck with a snow plow package that can weigh in on how it affect their GAWRs?

I have plow prep. It has no effect on RAWR.

Not that I saw, but it won't matter much with that GAWR. How can you have a GCWR of 28700# and a GAWR of 6340#? It makes the GCWR completely useless....

I think Ford must use that "new math". These numbers make no sense.

Rear axle may be limited by something other than the actual axle itself. Namely springs. Adding airbags can increase the numbers quite a bit.

My '11 F250 Drive Axle with only the hitch in the bed is about 3300. Don't know what a '17 F350 would be but that would only leave about 3000 lbs max. or maybe a 15k lb 5vr with 20% pin weight. Sure appears low. I would have expected at least 6750 to 7000 rating.

Nah, all the 11-16 SRW 350s were 7k rated. And, there is no spring option you can change on a SRW 350. My 5th has a very light pin for what it is but I'd still be over if this rating is correct. It just makes no sense that everything was strengthened and yet the axle rating went down 660#? I'm wondering if that sticker is a misprint.

Wasn't there something that showed the rear axle even higher? Like 7,250 or something? I'm with you about the rating going down and it doesn't make sense. I need to find that. The numbers we are seeing are all over the place.

Right??? That sticker has to be a misprint. I tried doing a chat on the build and price and after trying to tell me the GCWR I was told that they didn't have that info and to check with my dealer service manager... Very helpful...

Just found the similar here on page 24 but slightly less at 7230#. That's with 20's. With 18's it's 6780# and with 17's it's 6340#. I'm thinking that sticker is a misprint as if the truck came with 17" wheels.

Glad you guys found that so quickly. I was kind of sick for a while. Now everyone has to check their stickers and make sure they are correct. I mean, wow. I'm willing to give Ford a break but this kind of stuff is just embarrassing.
