Rear hatch rubbing barn doors down

The rear hatch on our ex, is starting to dig into the fiberglass of the barn doors. Paint is already gone, just white fiberglass. This wasn't an issue was first, however we have been opening and closing it quite a bit more than we used to. Suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

When I had the damage from my blowout fixed the guy put something over the barn doors some kind of sticker he said it should help. I wonder if it's the seals are wearing out and the hatch is vibrating.

I'm not sure how to post photos on here. Mine looks worse and more towards the center, I believe. However, its very similar damage.

This photo link above shows the hatch on the bottom side, where it meets doors. As you can see, there spots where there's rubbing against the barn doors.

This photo link is showing damage on top of barn doors, from hatch.

Is there a missing seal between these doors, or something I'm missing?

bump stops

at the bottom of the lift gate there are suppose to be 4 (pretty sure) bump stops. These over time will disappear, I'm at least missing one. I can only assume if they were all gone then there would not be anything stopping the hatch from hitting the barn doors. I do have white spots where the bump stops rest against the barn doors.

I've looking into replacing these but from what i remember they are no longer available from ford.

Is there anyway you could take a photo of these bump stops?

This is the only other thread I can find in regards to these stops for the doors. If anyone still has a set on an 01 can you please post a photo on here?

That last photo is really helpful. There's three holes that run the center on bottom of hatch, mine has nothing there. Yours has a stopper left there. EDIT: Now looking at my truck, I don't even have a set of holes up higher, where you have a stopper and one is m missing. What year is your ex?

Now on the outter edges of hatch on left and right side, there's two larger holes on each side. You didn't show those in photos, but do you also have stoppers there as well?

Now it's trying to find something to replace these parts as Ford no longer makes them.

Are there any stoppers in these holes on the left and right side of hatch?
