6'' body lift and front lift blocks???? That is crazy, i love the body style but this thing is a damn death trap waiting to happen. fix it, then try and sell it.
anyone interested in seriously buying this truck feel free to pm me about what is wrong and probably illegal with this truck. idk the owner, but i really don't like seeing stuff like this sold to unsuspecting newbs who just see a "cool, big truck"

maybe you could please tell me what's wrong with it so i can make note of it in my post...i would greatly appreciate any "constructive criticism" from you or anyone else...
also, what do you think the truck is worth "as is" ? or do you think i should just "part it out" instead of selling it as a whole?
thanks

remove the front lift blocks to start with. they are against the law in just about every state, and if pulled over you will get a big fine and the truck impounded.
secondly, remove the body lift and put a suspension lift on it. body lifts are dangerous and will cause the body to separate from the frame in a severe accident.
also, it can not have a Dana 60 from a 83.5 F-350, because between 80 and 85 all ford 4 wheel trucks were IFS.
and don't mind Dan, he sometimes forgets he is not talking to someone he knows and goes overboard a bit telling it like it is. but he means well.
overall, it is a very good looking truck, and with a little work i bet it would become a nice safe driver.

ok, thanks for the reply..
i really do not have the tools/money/garage/time to fix the truck so i would like to just sell it as is or part it out...
i figured by posting here there would be some people who would be a lot more knowledgeable about the truck than i am and maybe they would make me a "genuine" offer if they really wanted it.
i paid $5000 and another $2000 for the tires (i will sell it without tires if anyone is interested, i still have the old ones i can put on...)...obviously i am going to lose money on this, but i really don't care at this point...i just want the truck to go to some one who will give it the proper TLC because there are many good things about it and has potential...
thanks again...

i'm parting this truck out so if anyone wants any parts let me know via P.M.
no reasonable offer refused and it all must go.
some pics here: Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums - O(range)K(r)USH's Album: my truck
i can also get specific pics if you want.
tires are like new, PitBull Rockers 42" bias ply on 16.5" wheels.
1969 429ci engine, C9VE-B block / -A heads
Offenhauser 360 hi rise intake (2x4 holleys 650?)
c6 trans, 205 case (divorced)
dana 60 rear, drums brakes
dana 44 front, disc brakes
the body panels are great condition, very little rust if any.
the interior isn't so great and the front grille/plastics are cracked but most other stuff is pretty good condition.
*the front bumper and exhaust have been sold already.
