Happy Thanksgiving! I was about to say happy turkey day but realized I had chicken today, still an awesome meal. Turkey is slated for Saturday when some more of the family are around.

Yes we do. Wish more people did not take it so much for granted.
Me and a friend are going to make venison sausage today.
No deer for me but we got one in our group and someone gave us a small, dog sized, deer that they did not want to pay to have processed. We ended up with about 80 brats and about 20 pounds or so of sausage/burger.
