Yea Grems its locked up tighter than dicks hat band. I think that my timing is my starting problem and when I went to adj the timing, its froze up.

I have PB blasted it for a week and tapped it a bit, think I need to tap it harder with a BFH. And yes I have loosened up the lock down bolt/tab, lol.

Thanks for the advice, I'm a working on it.

I just spent the day at the mechanics shop, getting my brake lites fixed. cost me 256.00. Not counting the new brake light switch I replaced some time ago, in hopes that was the problem. Turns out there were some melted wires under the dash, so got a new turn signal/wiper switch, and new wires. So now the lites work properly and my emergency flashers work now, I had no idea they didn't work before.
Now I just have to come with money to replace the front brake hoses, they almost didn't pass it 2 years ago when I got it inspected, but i promised I get it done sooner than later. i guess i need to get them done before March, lol, and a new muffler, they may not pass it, they didn't on one of the past inspections. I'm going to get a Flow master or equvilant, any one got a nice used one they don't need anymore?

I'll try and track you a muffler down and will put it on for 6pk Coors light. Or provide you the eqiup to do it yourself. I'll try to locate you some front brake lines on the cheap also.

I gotta go outa town 30 Nov-6 Dec call me after that, on my cell.

2fords my rate is 40hour and I don't mark up parts. not as cheap as a 6 pack. but still better than most shops, but next time ask us before you spend that kind of money. Cause I know I need to make money right know and you need to save money so its a win win! also could work for parts. lol (wife has me in a spending freeze )
as for muffers i need more info like inlet size, outlet size single or duel, offset. Are base price flow master starts at 80 for one 3"inlet and duel 2".

I think I have a HO 351C code R bare block and heads any one know what its worth.
I get casting #s and pics soon

I really didn't plan on spending that kind of money. I just wanted my lites fixed. I didn't think it was going to be that bad. It's my 92, the one that was up at the G2G. the only one running right now, til I can afford a new engine for my 93.
Ches,
I'll have to check the measurements that you asked about.
Rich, I'll take you up on that offer, lol. I'll call you when you get back.
