An all stock motor with full exhaust and a cam will make close to 300hp, change the heads to GT40's or World Jr's and port the lower intake and the motor could make 30-40hp more. Better heads like the AFR or TW aluminums have the potential to make 400 crank hp but that's beyond the capacity of the stock computer and fuel system and also requires more cam. The Comp 35-349-8 is about as much cam as the SD computer can handle.

Thanks Conanski, my truck has new magnaflow dual exhaust with 2.5" pipe would that be considered full exhaust? and also i had found some ford racing turbo swirl aluminum heads which they said was an improved version of the GT40 heads, just wondering if you know if i could do a straight up bolt on or if i would have to change my intake.

bashby is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
I thing long tube headers are the key componet to "full exhaust"

buckin, how is that exhaust ran? Duals on a bronco really dont give any improvement in performance due to all the bends to get around the tcase and such. an aftermarket y pipe, hi flow cat and 3" single exhaust will do more for you.

does your duals have an H pipe or X pipe? if not its definatly not doing anything but hindering you.
