Cruise control issue

Hi, I have a 2004 EB. A year ago my cruise stopped working. I've had it in the shop but the tech couldn't find the issue. The brake lights work fine but I do have an issue with the trailer harness wiring which I bypassed but I don't think that is the culprit. I recently pulled the servo out and discovered it was seized...full of rust/water.dirt you name it. I got a new (used) servo and put it in two days ago thinking it would work but nothing. The cable take-up and spring moves freely, cable to throttle is free. I have gone through a procedure I found regarding the KOEO diagnostics but it fails after the "resume" button press. I am not fully sure the diag is correct as it states it is for a servo with a 10-pin connector. My servo is only a 6-pin. Does anyone know where I can find a schematic for the cruise? Btw, when driving, if I engage the cruise system, it functions normally in regards to the indicator coming on and off with the associated buttons/brake pedal---the only thing it doesn't do is engage the pedal/throttle. Thanks 4 any ideas.

I can't remember off the top of my head if these servos have a vacuum line. But if they do, your's could be clogged.

No, no vacuum line- fully electronic. I keep reading that it's either the switches, speed sensor, or brake switch. I would think that if it were the speed sensor the speedo would malfunction. And, the brake does disengage the cruise (as far as the display is concerned) so I'm leaning towards the switches. The KOEO routine indicates that the switches are at fault but like I said, the procedure states it is for a 10-pin servo w/o SCP. Mine is a 6-pin so I assume I do have SCP so I don't know for sure if the procedure is applicable. I'm tempted to take it back to the dealer but I know they'll troubleshoot for 8 hrs with no resolution again. Why is it so hard to get drawings online???
