does anyone know what this is?

I am swapping the 4.6 out of a Merc GMQ. I was tracing down wires, and almost everything runs to this box under the dash. Ford PN: F7AB-13C788-AA
I know the car has an alarm, and I have the key, box, and numbers for the door. Is this the alarm or what? It also has Motorola molded into the case. Can I do away with the box, where would I get a wiring diagram to reuse it? I googled the PN and got nothing. I have a shop manual, but it doesnt mention this thing.

I sure would appreciate any help. I need to get my ride going.

no car phone, theres like 40 or so wires going to and fro, the box is about the size of a childs shoe box, with vent slots all over it, it was next to the steering column.

everything runs through this thing, airbags, horn, lights, radio, cruise, headlights, blinkers, all illumination lamps, computer inputs, everything. I know where the wires go from the box, but have no clue what some of them do. the clock has all 5 wires going to it, the radio, about 7, cruise 3, everything.

I dont want to lock out or burn up the PCM, I have no idea what to do with this thing

no camera, but it has 4 connectors, 2 blades - black, 16 pin - grey, 22 pin - grey, 16 pin - white. positions clockwise starting @ 2. The 2 grey connectors are molded in 1 on the box
4.25 in wide, 2.25 in tall, 6.25 in long. connectors on 2.25x4.25 end. I can see 4 relays inside, might be 5

I guess it is the lighting control module. Just found it. had to leave off the date code. It does control almost everything in the car, but now I know how to delete it.

Thank ye redneck.

now, 50 more wires to sort out....

Ford ID: F7AB-13C788-AA.
Ford ID number: F7AB-13C788-AA = Ford part number: F6AZ13C788AE .. Lighting Control Processor Assembly.

There are no actual Ford part numbers on parts after 1956, only ID numbers.
