2004 V8 4.6L Idle surge

Hey everyone,

I have a 2004 F150 V8 4.6L and im getting a slight engine surge when idling. Also sometimes when im driving and come to a stop my vehicle will just shut off. Im looking for sugestions. Please help!

Try cleaning maf censor. Cleaned mine with product (can't remember name) from autozone for about $5.00. Problem solved.

Clean the throttle body, it that dosn't work, replace the throttle body.

Clean the throttle body like SMoK stated. If it has never been cleaned good chance this will fix ur problem. Every once and a while mine gets rough idle,surging,ETC. I clean it and good to go for a long time. You can buy throttle body cleaner at any auto supply.
