rebuilding fuel reservoir selector

im having problems finding a thread that i saw awhile ago. im trying to rebuild my fuel selector valve on my 86 f150 with the efi 5.0 (its got the non electric one). i saw someone else that was on here that did the same thing, but for the life of me i cant find it now, Ive been searching for hours!!! If you know what im talking about, sure could use the link, or some advise on taking it apart, I cant get the large daphram off, or figure out how to get the little valves on the bottom out. help!!!

bashby is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
try google search, it works better at finding things on fte than the fte search function (I just read that in another thread so someone else should get credit if it works)
