Cat Delete

I was wondering if anybody has used one of the cat-delete kit with the 02 sensor simulators. How hard was it to install and was there any difference in performance, I know there will always be a improvement in horsepower and torque but was there any noticeable difference. I live in Illinois so I still have to pass emissions, but all they do is scan the computer for codes, no tail pipe sniff. Also if there is a kit out there how much does it cost and does it remove just 2 or all 4 cats. Any extra info on this would be appreciated.

I have a 2000 Expedition with the 5.4.
