aslo I just did that ohm test on the injectors at the IDM plug and I am getting 2.9-3.2 ohms on all the injectors pretty much the same as when I tested right at the plugs on the valve covers

also is there any reason the #3 injector while running would have oil coming out and nothing from 1, 5, or 7? Next test I am going to do is oil pressure on high pressure galley

I was talking to a diesel tech he said possible it could be ground issue that the IDM is not grounded. where do I or where is the IDM grounded ?

This sounds like your problem. I'm not sure the causes but you could have a bad hpop among other things. I have read that oil should be coming from all injectors.
