Power Locks dead

New to the forum, I own a '99 expy EB and none of my door locks work, FOB will arm the system but not lock locks, internal door switches do not lock or unlock and the pad on the drivers door will not lock/unlock. The weird thing about this is the interior lights come on when you hit the unlock button on the FOB or enter the code on the door, and they also go out when you hit lock on the FOB or the 7/8 0/9 combination to lock on the pad, I'm not sure if one or all of the relays are bad in the dash, all fuses check out that seem to have to do with the door locks, and all other electronics work fine, what am I missing?

double Check fuse 3 in the power distribution box Should be a 15A.

There are 3 relays - diver, all and all unlock. Might want to probe the V-in side (Black wire w/ white stripe) going into all the relays and make sure there isn't a break between the fuse block and relays. Also, check the all black wire for continuity to ground. Other than those relays and fuse, there isn't anything except for switches and actuators, but it seems like you are getting nothing at all so I'd check power & gnd.

Could also try probing after the relays - have someone hold down the interior button and see if there is voltage showing up?

I just had another thought.

When you push the lock or unlock button on the door, do any of the lock actuators make noise?

I'm wondering if one of the switches shorted closed, and is keeping the actuators powered at all times. If you probe the wires on the output side of the relay, none of them should have power unless you are pushing one of the buttons. Make sense?

I know it sounds like a PITA, but I almost wonder if it is worth disconnecting all of the door switches and then testing them individually. If one is shorted closed, it would basically power the system all the time and wouldn't allow anything else to happen.

Broken wire somewhere between the fuse block and wear the wires split right before the relays. Connected a known good positive to it and they work just fine. Thanks for the insight, the break could be anywhere lol but at least I know the switches work. Thanks again.
