My new FX4 Screw was picked up Tuesday, and i wanted
just to say thank you to all forum members
who offered information and advise on the purchase
to a newbie on the forum.
Final deal came out as such:
42,775 msrp:
38,800 invoice
+ 500
39,300 final sales price
- 4,750 rebates
- 595 for changing from 20" back to 18" wheels
= 33,995 final sales price
the negotiations would not have worked out so well had i
not posted here and gotten the advise from the forum
members that helped. Options were included: leather,
moonroof, sync, sony 6 cd, tow package, step,
rear view camera with sensors. awesome truck.
also with the forum members help, found out that
the salesman did exactly as was stated here on the forum,
He informed me that in order to receive the incentives
you would need to make two payments
with Ford Motor Credit. soon after as the finance manager
clearly pointed out knowing i was going with my
Credit Union that there was no prepayment penalty.
Highly recommend this dealer in Thomasville GA to all,
and stay away from the Dealer in Tallahassee as they
never moved from MSRP.
So just a Huge THANK YOU!!!!! to all who offered advice.
Can't wait as the first tow of the boat is tomorrow. to all members, and will keep posting as modifications and mileage adds up.

Congrats on the truck. I still just can't get over the more powerful sounding exhaust on my '09 vs. the '04 Lariat I had but even the '04 sounded good on level at 40 mph.
