9.ford.5 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
idk some of the trails be n my uncles and dad hit in our SWB trucks are way too tight for a LWB just depends on your usage, if you run trails tight spaces trees and violent ruts id run a SWB but if you go play in the mud bogs and fields run whichever a LWB will handle the highway better, im on the fence about looks they both look so damn good, theyre FORDs either way you cant lose

RawPower has a very good reputation on FTE. RawPower has a very good reputation on FTE. RawPower has a very good reputation on FTE. RawPower has a very good reputation on FTE.
Just to clarify my statement, I consider 135" + to be LWB for offroading

SWB is anything under that, but especially around 120"

Therefore, most stock vehicles I would probably consider a LWB

standard cab short bed = SWB

Awesome vid. thanks for sharing.
K5 sounds decent. Driveer not afraid to get after it! I like!

I was watching the EB and though to myself that I could probably walk that like nothing, and your truck confirmed my thoughts. You made that look pretty easy.

I like the look and performance of a SWB truck, breakover angles and such are much better. Long vehicles are tough to drive on tight trails.
I own both, and prefer the driveability of the short trucks.

Ya that motor was about shot in the Blazer by the end of the weekend. My pickup made a lot of the stuff look easy. But it was still fun. Did ya page through and watch some of the other videos?(http://www.supermotors.net/registry/18026 i like showin my pickup off) There are some good ones of me runnin about 5000 rpm up a mud hill. It was a blast.also have some from wheelin in the snow. I have the longest wheelbase out of everyone I wheel with and it seems to work well for me.
