LLY isn't same as .ll3, maybe one of the windows options when you "save file" is what they mean? The tune programs are ll3 and the operating system of the tuner is lly. I can tell you from experience saving your stock tune on your computer doesn't help because it's saved as a unrecognizable format, SCT would need to re-format it for you anyway. I learned that the hard way also
