Quick fog lamp question

Dont have fog lamps on my s*** box and I was just wondering on what had to be done to make them work

What I have bought

1. Both fog lights
2. Headlight switch w/ fog light option

Now is there a relay or fuse or somehing to make them work. The harness is there but im really sure is not just a plug and play thing. Thanks.

On the schematic, there is a 5A fuse (in the fuse / relay box) and there is also a relay closer to the lamps.

The fuse should be in the passenger compartment fuse panel, and the relay should be in the relay / fuse block in the engine compartment.

Worse comes to worse, plug in the switch and fuse, and turn it on - check it with a VOM and see if you get power at the harness.

Which foglights did you use? I'm thinking of swapping mine for projectors, but I want to know how they look.

relay is position 9 and needs a 15A relay if there isn't one in there. looking at the box, its on the low-right side where the bank turns to 2 wide fuses - second one IN from the left.

It's odd though - the FSM says relay + fuse, but the owners manual just says high current fuse.

Glad it worked.

My guess is that these things only get one wiring harness, and then it's just plugging in options on the light and switch end.
