I can find only one L-shaped building on the "base" that could be your shop. Is it directly east-southeast, across the street, from what appears to be the biggest building on base, the one with the dark roof?

The land out back is yours, too?

That would be the one, and I get a new fenced in area behind the building 50'X106'
