Yes you can but its a he.. of work.
You ned to rebuild the enginemounts,(I combined the ones from a 460 and the powerstroke),everything else is a bolt on.
The exhaustpipe from the turbo I rerouted threough the fenderwell on the passengerside(90degree bend and drilled a 4inch hole in the inner fender close to the firewall).
I also had a donortruck and used the entire wiring from that front to back included all the controlmodules and fusebox.
I rebuildt and modified the instrument cluster(used the stock housing with the powerstroke instruments).
The body will need to be lifted 2inches to clear the engine unless you rebuild the front of the firewall and hood.
At leastI had to do that on mine.(1978 F250)
