I had 2 coil packs go within 2 months of each other. At about 115,0000. They go without warning. You know they are gone when it rains. They can go at anytime, but they also can last the lifetime of the vehicle. Best to replace the coils as they go bad.

Mechanic charged me $200 to replace each one. Not sure if they were in front or the manifold had to come off.

If you can do this yourself, you will save a bit of cash.
