The 62 Econolines stock engine were only the 144 and 170 engines. They interchange to the same tranny and motor mounts.
It should fit. I do not recall any of the old Broncos having that size of motor. A 170 matbe, but not a 144. It would be weak for what the Broncos are used for, except for straight driving.
Those two engines are straight swaps.
