The stock e7s are like 1.78 1.46 , the stock cam isnt bad , the 1.7 rockers would help , but if your truck is MA you can use any cam you wan't , the gt 40s are a good upgrade over the e 7s , the stock 5.0 intake is good , a custom dyno tuned chip is a good idea
