I am beyond frustrated! Ever since I rolled 75,000 on my 2003 Ford F150 that Service Engine light keeps coming on. I have changed out all O2 sensors, got a tune-up, replaced the alternator and battery, replaced the lower intake valve gasket, changed the fuel filter - 3 time, changed the air filter, and may other things but it is still on!

The last diagnostic I got was that it is running lean on the left bank. What could be causing this? I am at my wits end and will more than likely never buy a Ford again unless they make drastic changes to the engines!
