I think you just have two transmissions to worry about. The mod motors have the 4r100 for the early trucks and 5r110 for the newer trucks. I'm not sure but I think even the high end mustangs will run one of those two, I don't think the small trans can take the supercharger.
For models, I'd look at Lightnings and f250 diesel as they are both factory supercharged and may have a bigger performance following. Then the diesel trans should be very close to the gas f150 and up in dimensions.
