This is a '70 Ranchero I had back in the late '80's out at Texas Raceway. It originally was just a banged up beater daily driver. Then it became a play toy & got a high compression 351-C, FMX trans, & some nitrous. It was about 3600 - 3700 lbs, ran 7.70's straight motor, & 6.70's to 6.90's with nitrous depending on how fresh the slicks were.

Back then doing a bunch of dry-hops after the burnout before staging the car was all part of the fun.
