I literally just did this this morning...

Not sure what year yours is.

On mine a 90 F150 a bit of a process!!!

I will give a write up on a 90 model might help...

The headlight comes out with 3 4mm bolts... all on top. two facing the front on the corners of the lens .. thread out normal.. 3rd actually undoes bottom.. it is also on top just behind headlamp... actual clockwise to unbolt.

once lamp assembly out unplug lamp and set aside.

next remove center grille.

also need to remove plastic rivet screws in plastic cowl cover above headlamp.

there are 3 nuts( 7/16 or 10mm) to come off black plastic housing to the inner side.

on the back side towards fender there are 2 8mm bolts and 2 7/16 or 10mm bolts to remove.

after that the corner lamp and entire plastic headlamp mounting assembly will come out.

back side 3 more screws to separate corner lamp from housing.

reassembly just reverse....

REAL PITA for a corner lens...
