Pretty nice!, I would give myself a cushion at $3,500 and not go lower than $3,000-2,850.
Most B2s of that vintage are beat to hell, yours is great and has the mechanical strengths to back up the looks. The only negative to me is the A4LD automatic, I would be looking for a 5spd manual.
