When you turn the turn signal lever to one side or another when the lights come on they are bright and stay bright on. Just as bright as they should be. I yanked out my flasher out of my truck I drive everyday and tried its flasher along with 3 others and same thing.

when I say I am getting juice to both sides of the flasher how I tested that is.
I took the flasher out. Then I turned my turn signal lever on to either side. Then I checked both wiring terminals with the flasher out. Whenever I did I Noticed both wires coming to the flasher was "hot" and both have juice.
