Just my 2cents but If you Look close at the 2nd Pic/Carb pic your missing a vacuum line on one of the spacer/Low port just under the fuel filter.

I noticed that too. I ran A hose from there to somewhere ,I forget where but it did cause the roughness under load to go away. Where would that hose supposed to go any ways as I am sure my vaccuum lines have been hacked over the years. I would like to get them (vacuum hoses) ran the way they were when this truck rolled off the factory back in 1983.
