I can't help ya much with the weight, but between 2000-2500 sounds right depending on how complete the sheetmetal is. I towed home a 55 last month that even looks similar to yours from Sacramento to Paso Robles. Uhaul tried telling me that a 55 was too wide for the little car dolly, and that it was too heavy. They were VERY wrong on both counts and I'm glad I didn't rent the bigger flatbed. You will have about 4" clearance each side with a 7" wheel. Mine loaded super easily.
