are you talking about that foam filled vinyl thingy?

If you are looking for a fully textured and uncracked. . .you are looking at new-OEM from someones old stock room

If yours is solid, but just worn or faded. . .you can lightly sand the texture off and paint it with a good vinyl paint (I did it with rattle can stuff in my 87 F150 and it was perfect for as long as I had it).

You can also stretch and glue fabric over the piece. . .tweed, headliner, or even fake leather vinyl

And what I wanted to do with my 87 F250, since it has the wood XLT trim, was shape a piece cherry to match it and stain it light brown and finish it. Woulda been sweet

Finally, shape a piece of high density foam to match and cover it with a few layers of carbon fiber for a nice Ricer look
