could be a lot of things like TR sensor, low line pressure, valves, something in the main valve body, DCA valve stuck, etc. to me it just sounded like they were short with him.
I had the codes pulled by a friend who works at my local Ford dealer. He did it for free and in no way rushed me.
Well I had the trans pulled by a local transmission shop. They had to replace the rear planet gears, solenoid block, torque converter, pump, and installed a rebuild kit. $2250 later I have reverse again.
