It requires a special puller to remove the pulley. The couple times I have needed to take one off I just took it to a local shop.

As far as the leaf springs go, F-350 springs will work, but it will sit a little higher.

I believe a Dana 60 from 1980-97 will work, just the older ones have king pins instead of ball-joints
