I have to say, having done this mod as well, that the results sound worse than they are in reality. The f350 coils make the truck feel stronger and steadier. I find the truck does far less bouncing and pitching. Count me as someone who did this swap and really like it. I live on an island where the roads are twisty and rough, with lots of potholes and bumps.
