Grandpa's Ford needs you Help

My fellow Alaskan Ford guys and gals, I need your help to win $10K in work done to my 1978 Ford F250, Big Red. A little background first, then about the contest. I recently acquired my Grandfather's Ford from my uncle when he decided it was time to pass it on and get a new one. Big Red has been in our family since it rolled off the showroom floor in 1978 in Fairbanks. My Uncle bought it, but then sold it to my grandpa after my grandpa smacked it up against a few trees while yarding out logs to build a log cabin. My grandpa was born in Alaska and built my grandma a log cabin for her retirement at the age of 67. Tough old bird. He also managed to roll it in a snow storm one year, giving the cab, its 'unique' roof line.

So moving up to today. I bough the truck from my uncle and it needs a lot of love. Mechanically, it runs well, just needs a carb replacement and new clutchplate. The body is a whole other ballgame, if you look at my profile, you will see it needs 'some' attention. That brings me to the contest on KFAT, they are having a contest called PIMP MY PILE. The winner will receive $10K in work done to their vehicle to make it nice again. I could use all the help I can get, I am in 6th place behing 5 General (Government) Motors vehicle to claim the top spot.

Please take less than 5 minutes and go to
http://www.kfat929.com/Pim<WBR>pMyPile.aspx
Click on the pimp my pile box. They will ask for a sign in, don't worry, they don't send junk mail. Once complete, click on pimp my pile again and go vote for Big Red, the vintage red ford with no grill!

Thank You,
Kurt
