I asked Adrian about this once before, and he told me LOCAL (state and city) politics are fair game in the State Chapters. Soooo......... RANT ON!

I am not happy about the additional taxes and increased fees, BUT, at least Oregon has a law requiring a balanced budget. Kalifornia doesn't, and is 50 BILLION in the hole just this year.........
