Does anyone own or know the GVW of the F350 4x4 pickups?
I'm looking at an '86 F350 SRW 4x4 pickup, and would like to know the GVW number.
In Mass, we're now required by law to pass the US DOT inspection for any vehicle over 10k GVW...
I'd like to be AT or below 10k to avoid the DOT Inspection so I can work with the truck, make my money, and afford to repair the truck so I can pass the DOT inspection next summer.
I'm fresh out of community college (graduated tonight) and am still flying under the radar as far as my trucks/landscaping business goes.
I want to get all my ducks in line, but can't afford a nice truck that would immediately pass DOT. We all know the fever, buy an IDI and fix it up nice...then WORK it hard!
