The rear cab mounts are behind the seat. You take a plug out(if it's still there) and the bolt head is down in a cavity. You can jack the cab up then and pull it out. Look for them to be tight and very rusty. Also make sure your crossmember is not rusted out where they sit. I believe the front mounts are easily accessed, but I have never messed with the ones on the bottom of the firewall.
